Our Software Development Team builds and supports a suite of applications for our Paradigm Estimate business. Our product is a web application hosted in Azure cloud ecosystems. It uses a web front end built with React, HTML, and CSS, with a Java back end that uses Hibernate with Postgres databases. This product is the hub for numerous related services and integrations. We’re constantly growing, learning, and experimenting with other technologies and including 3D modeling.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop, and execute manual test cases for web application
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and deliverables
- Perform functional, regression testing
- Identify, document, and track bugs using issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira)
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices
- Analyze test results and provide clear, actionable feedback to the development team
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, technical requirements, and industry regulations
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Overlap:
Usually overlaps with Toronto time zone for about 3–4 hours and finishes work around 12 pm–1 pm your time (EDT). We need at least the same overlap, and if possible, a bigger overlap.
The candidate should be able to work up to 7 pm Kyiv time and longer (and start work later).
