Sales Manager / Account Executive
Salary: fixed range 1500 - 2500$ + % from contracts.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably with at least 2 years in travel, logistics, or retail industries
- Proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams
- Experience in selling solutions with deal values exceeding $100K
- Demonstrated ability to achieve annual revenue targets of $500k+
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with digital transformation projects
- Experience with selling bespoke software solutions
- Understanding of emerging technologies (AI)
- Experience in consultative selling approaches
Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills, positive mood, ability to work under pressure, talkative, creative thinking, proactive.

Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Leadership
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team
- Create and maintain strategic partnerships within target industries
- Establish sales processes, methodologies, and best practices

- Generate and qualify new business opportunities in travel, logistics, and retail sectors
- Develop and maintain relationships with C-level, executives and key decision-makers
- Create detailed proposals and presentations for complex software solutions
- Navigate enterprise sales cycles from initial contact through contract closure

- Prepare and manage annual sales unit budget
- Set and achieve revenue targets and growth objectives
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to maximize ROI

Build a pipeline, where at least one contract have a probability of closing > 50% (Received Positive Feedback after initial estimation).
Ideally At least 1 completed contracts.
Fully onboard and know all needed points about company.
Create unit strategy and implement strategy from test task.
