About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a highly visible and complex project for a global leader in translation services. This project aims to expand human interpreter services into the healthcare sector, supporting over 250 languages with instant audio and video interpretation. The goal is to build scalable, standardized services for the Epic Ecosystem, addressing the unique challenges of the healthcare industry.

You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including the customer, technical teams, and external consultants, to drive delivery processes, manage challenges, and ensure success in this pivotal initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Develop and implement detailed project plans.
• Team Leadership: Manage and coach the team, fostering focus and engagement under high-pressure conditions.
• Business Acumen: Understand customer needs and drive outcomes aligned with their business objectives.
• Stakeholder Management: Align with customers, internal teams, and partner teams to ensure cohesive execution.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify, mitigate, and manage project risks.
• Change Management: Address and manage issues beyond the project scope.
• Cross-Functional Communication: Facilitate clear communication across teams and stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Scheduling: Create realistic timelines and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Resource Management: Coordinate and optimize resource allocation.
• Budget Control: Monitor and manage project budgets effectively.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of project tasks and milestones.
• Project Reporting: Provide regular updates and feedback to the team and stakeholders.
• Issue Resolution: Mediate conflicts and resolve issues among stakeholders.
• Organization & Multitasking: Oversee all project aspects, ensuring goals, deadlines, and budgets are met.
• Strategic Thinking: Meet deadlines while considering long-term objectives.
• Technical Communication: Clearly articulate complex technical solutions and trade-offs to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience:
  • At least 7 years of experience managing projects.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in outsourcing environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong ability to handle ambiguity and prioritize tasks.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and ensuring collaboration among diverse groups.
• Skilled in strategic thinking and decision-making.
• Passionate about pushing boundaries and achieving excellence.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
