User Acquisition Manager

We are looking for the first person in the marketing team to be a Marketing Manager (with strong skills as a User Acquisition Manager) for a new product in the company - a platform that helps users solve relationship problems through psychology, astrology and other tools.
Product mission: to give users clarity about their future and support for problems in their romantic relationships.
About the project:
— Main tools on the platform: tests, user reports, chats with experts;
— The product works by subscription, with additional payment for chat time;
— Web only, without a mobile application yet;
— Audience: Tier-1 countries, USA, Canada, UK, Europe.
You suit us if:
— You have experience in fast scaling of traffic in Meta (Facebook, Instagram), management of large-scale campaigns ($200k+/month);
— You have experience working with various business models (subscription, transactional, sales, etc.);
— You have experience testing new advertising platforms (TikTok, Google Ads, Snapchat, etc.);
— You can look at product marketing globally, taking into account other promotion channels.
Required experience:
— 3 years of traffic purchase experience for mobile applications or the web (Facebook);
— Experience with Google, TikTok, Snapchat will be an advantage;
— Ability to work independently with large monthly budgets;
— Confident level of working with dashboards/Google Sheets;
— Understanding of marketing metrics, ability to analyze and evaluate the impact of one's actions on them;
— Knowledge of the English language at the Upper-Intermediate level (written and spoken);
— Proactivity and willingness to learn quickly.

Main tasks:
— Manage paid traffic channels;
— Generate hypotheses based on data;
— Manage creative tests;
— Conducting A/B tests;
— Monitor and analyze all marketing activity.
