System Administrators Team Lead

What you will do:
- Manage the work of a team of system administrators and DevOps professionals;
- Ensure the stable operation of server infrastructure based on Linux and Windows Server;
- Monitor infrastructure to ensure high availability and optimal system performance;
- Manage and support mobile and desktop devices using MDM/UEM solutions;
- Ensure infrastructure protection in accordance with cybersecurity standards in collaboration with the cybersecurity department;
- Implement and maintain security policies, access management, and control based on Active Directory and Azure AD;
- Manage and support services hosted on AWS and Azure;
- Make decisions related to the development and scaling of the company’s IT infrastructure;
- Manage and maintain documentation and technical documentation.
What you need to succeed in this role:
- 3+ years of experience in a system or network administration;
- Knowledge of computer networks and protocols, including basic network topology, OSI model, and network protocol principles;
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google);
- Experience with Linux (Iptables, firewall, init;d, system, memory/storage, file systems, virtualization), ability to use system utilities (grep, awk, htop, atop, iotop, etc;);
- Experience with Windows Server;
- Experience with network equipment: Mikrotik, D-Link, TP-Link, Ubiquiti;
- Ability of configuring hardware (servers and computers), and troubleshooting hardware issues;
- Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, IdM, MDM/UEM;
- Experience with video surveillance and access control systems;
- Ability to automate work using Bash scripting;
- Knowledge of cybersecurity standards;
- Written and spoken English from Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher;
- Willingness to implement changes, make decisions, and manage a team;
- Strong soft skills in user communication, team work and proactivity.
Will be a plus:
- Experience managing a team;
- Experience with Asterisk, Postfix;
- Experience with database administration (MySQL/Postgres);
- Experience with Docker;
- Experience with macOS;
- Knowledge of Python.
