Role Summary: As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage multiple key projects, coordinating distributed teams and ensuring successful, timely delivery. You will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, managing expectations and maintaining project alignment with business goals. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, detail orientation, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Manage cross-functional, distributed teams across various time zones, promoting collaboration.
• Act as the primary client liaison, understanding business goals and aligning efforts accordingly.
• Create and maintain project plans with clear deliverables, milestones, and deadlines.
• Monitor project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate Agile processes (Scrum/Kanban), including sprint planning and product reviews.
• Support pre-sales activities with project estimations and resource planning.
• Oversee change management processes and ensure clear communication with stakeholders.
• Mentor project teams and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience managing large-scale software development projects, preferably in an outsourcing environment.
• Experience in app development outsourcing and outstaffing is a strong advantage.
• Proven success managing distributed teams of 15-50+ members across multiple time zones.
• Strong budget management skills with experience handling projects up to $1M.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), with hands-on experience in Agile transformations.
• Strong client relationship management skills, balancing technical and business perspectives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, MS Project).
• Relevant certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, ScrumMaster) are a plus.
• Fluent English is required.
