This is a new role with a goal to nurture and grow the company through new products and services, exploring new verticals and more. What you will do: 

• Develop an innovation strategy and garner support from business stakeholders, such as C-level executives, managers, customers and business partners;
• Create an innovation portfolio and roadmap to drive growth;
• Ensure innovation provides value to customers and cultivate long-term relationships with those customers;
• Drive action on innovation plans in collaboration with relevant team members;
• Establish clear processes for generating ideas, creating prototypes and producing them;
• Monitor industry trends and assess their potential impact on product offerings;
• Evaluate and balance risk/reward for innovation and organizational objectives;
• Champion change management;
• Assess competition and maintain overall market awareness. 

What you will need to succeed in this role: 

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as business, engineering, or information technology;
• Fluent written and spoken business English;
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role focused on innovation within the tech industry or business services industry; 
• Track record of driving successful innovation initiatives; 
• Strong leadership skills with experience of managing cross-functional team;
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making; 
• Passion to innovations and new technology.
