Business Development Manager (BDM)
Location: Zhytomyr, Ukraine (Remote work option available)
Working Hours: 2 PM to 11 PM (Kyiv time), Monday to Friday

Readiness and willingness to make cold calls is mandatory.
Currently, we are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven BDM with cold calling skills to join our team at SalesNash.

Our ideal candidate:
- Has previous experience in a similar position (BDM, SDR, Sales, other customer-facing roles);
This previous experience ideally includes processing (calling) leads and generating sales opportunities or closing deals by the means of phone calling. However, any direct/live communication with native speakers will play in your favour.
- Has great great communication skills, as well as strong verbal and written English;
You must be able to maintain a professional conversation on your own, often improvising depending on the specific scenario or client’s feedback. Calling is one of the main aspects of this position and we must focus on delivering “close-to-native” experience for our clients.
- Has a high level understanding of the sales process and can contribute to various aspects of it;
While our BDM is not expected to generate leads, choose software for the outreach or plan strategies for upcoming campaigns - any ideas, feedback, suggestions or ability to provide insight will be highly valuable.
- Self-organized, goal oriented and proactive;
While initial setup, as well as basic guidelines and support are surely provided during onboarding - we’d expect our BDM to be self-reliable when it comes to keeping track of our KPIs (usually appointments/month), ensuring steady level of activity without constant surveillance from the management team. This implies a proactive position if/when any bottlenecks arise.
Responsibilities:
- Running cold outbound outreach campaigns;
- Using Phone calls, Email, LinkedIn, SMS, WhatsApp and other channels (might vary per project);
- Converting leads from cold lead/records in the CRM to warm live conversations (SQLs);
- Scheduling these SQLs/prospects for appointments with our clients;
- Ensuring meeting has been conducted, client took over the communication with SQL/prospect;
- Reporting, might include daily or weekly stats;
- Meeting daily goals in terms of activities, as well as monthly KPI (appts/mo).
