We are an innovative SaaS platform focused on outbound sales in untraditional channels: Upwork, Reddit, Fiverr, Freelancer.com, and others. We build an AI SDR for agencies as a team of experts passionate about sales operations and lead generation.
Overview:
As a Technical Revenue Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in enhancing our sales processes and driving operational efficiency. You will leverage your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to automate workflows, manage sales campaigns, and develop data-driven insights. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
Automate Sales Processes: Use Zapier, Make, and other automation tools to streamline and automate sales operations.
Outbound Campaign Management: Set up and manage effective sales campaigns using Quickmail and various sales outreach tools, including Expandi and Hubspot.
Data Processing Pipelines: Build and maintain prospect data processing pipelines using Google Sheets.
Hubspot CRM Management: Create complex dashboards, schedule email sequences, maintain pipelines, and manage integrations. Set up landing pages, forms, and meeting links.
Database Development: Develop and maintain robust databases using Google Sheets.
Google Workspace Administration: Oversee and administer Google Workspace to ensure smooth operations across the team.
Copywriting: Write compelling copy for email follow-ups and campaigns to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
System Integration: Integrate various systems using the Telegram API and Slack API to ensure efficient communication and data flow.
Team Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on utilizing various tools and systems effectively.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data and generate insightful reports to measure the success of sales campaigns and inform strategic decisions.
