Availability to work 4 hours in the PT time zone

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our healthcare-focused team. The  ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development and healthcare IT, with  preference given to those familiar with LabVantage LIMS and Billing systems such as Xifin. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications for healthcare clients 

• Customize Salesforce to meet specific healthcare industry needs 

• Integrate Salesforce with other healthcare systems and databases 

• Ensure data security and HIPAA compliance 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions 

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues • Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and emerging healthcare technologies

Requirements: 

• 4+ years’ experience with Salesforce Development experience
• Experience working with RESTful APIs
• Working experience with Git.
• Experience with Javascript, HTML, CSS
• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce security models
• Experience working with Agile methodology
• Experience working within the U.S. healthcare industry
• Passion to work in a fast-paced, agile engineering environment and start-up

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience with LabVantage LIMS and Xifin 

• Familiarity with healthcare-specific Salesforce products (e.g., Health Cloud) • Integration experience with EHR systems 

• Experience with data migration and Salesforce data management 

• Knowledge of agile development methodologies
