Contract Type: B2B

Compensation: $4,500 – $5,700 gross/month (depending on experience)

English Level: C1 (Advanced)

Holidays: 10 public holidays/year (vacation & sick leave unpaid)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects in the health, biotech, or life sciences domain. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, domain expertise, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple stakeholders
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, product, business)
• Manage risks, dependencies, and project changes
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
• Maintain documentation and reporting (status updates, KPIs, etc.)
• Drive process improvements and best practices in project management

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Project Management
• Proven experience in healthcare, biotech, life sciences, or similar domains
• PMP certification (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in international/distributed teams
• Fluency in English (C1)
• Russian language proficiency required

Nice to Have

• Experience working with regulated environments (e.g., HIPAA, FDA, etc.)
• Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams
• Experience managing large-scale or enterprise-level projects
