Full-stack Engineer(Python, Next.js,Node.js)
We are looking for a Software Engineer with 3+ years of experience to join our team. We are looking for someone who thrives on ownership, loves building robust, high-performance systems, and can help us scale our engineering efforts. This hire is crucial for adding more bandwidth to the engineering team, allowing the CTO to focus on core product development.
What will you be doing?
- Own the complete lifecycle of high-stakes projects—from initial architecture and design to deployment and continuous optimization.
- Design, build, and deploy end-to-end features across our stack (Python, Next.js, Node).
- Contribute to architectural decisions and the long-term technical direction of the product.
- Rebuild core features using the latest technology to improve upon existing solutions.
- Uphold engineering excellence through thoughtful code review and testing, shipping to production daily.

Work experience(must)
3 + years of experience in full-stack software engineering, using Python, Next.js, and Node.
Experience owning features end-to-end, from RFC to deployment.
Experience at a high-growth, early-stage startup (e.g., YC-backed).
Proficiency in Python, Next.js, and Node.js.
Experience shipping code to production on a daily cadence.
Willingness to work long hours (e.g., 12+ hour days).
Nice to have
Experience in the supply chain or logistics industry.
Degree from a top-tier university (e.g., Top 20).
