The Role

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to take ownership of quality across:

• Web platform

• Mobile apps (iOS & Android)

• Data pipelines

You’ll design automation frameworks, ensure data accuracy, and collaborate closely with engineering, product, and clinical teams to deliver reliable, high-impact software.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated test suites (web, mobile, API)

• Develop end-to-end, regression, integration, and smoke tests

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testable acceptance criteria

• Validate prescription pricing, savings calculations, and reporting accuracy

• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, CircleCI)

• Perform performance and load testing

• Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution

• Drive QA metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement

• Contribute to QA strategy, standards, and documentation

• Participate in sprint ceremonies, reviews, and architecture discussions

• Evaluate and introduce tools to improve quality and productivity

Requirements

Must-Have

• 3+ years of QA automation experience

• Experience with frameworks: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium

• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java

• Experience with REST API testing (Postman, RestAssured, etc.)

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines

• Ability to write SQL queries for data validation

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail (especially data accuracy)

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in health tech / HIPAA-compliant environments

• Mobile automation experience (Appium, Detox)

• Performance testing tools (k6, Locust, JMeter)

• Experience validating data pipelines / ETL processes

• Agile/Scrum experience

• Startup or scale-up experience
