Head of Engineering
We are looking for a Head of Engineering to join our early-stage team. The ideal candidate is a scrappy, entrepreneurial leader who is a talented engineer at their core, capable of both managing a small team and being a significant individual contributor. You’ll be responsible for building and leading our engineering team and work closely with the founder to define the roadmap, oversee architecture and execution, and ensure our technology scales as we grow.
What you will do:

Lead the engineering organization - setting technical direction, priorities, and standards

Build and mentor a world-class engineering team from the ground up

Oversee development of our ML routing engine, SLM training pipelines, model evaluation frameworks, and customer-facing platform

Establish engineering processes, best practices, and a high-performance culture

Ship code! Help design and build core systems alongside the team
Work experience(must)
4 - 10 years of experience in professional software engineering.
1 - 2 years of experience as an engineering manager.
Experience at a high-growth, high talent-density startup.
Expertise building and scaling complex distributed systems/developer platforms.
Nice to have
Experience as a founder.
Candidates who don't meet this requirement are frequently rejected.
Degree from top-tier school.
