Email Marketing Manager(Revenue Focused)
OnlyBlooms is a Canadian e-commerce company operating across multiple D2C and B2C brands in beauty, wellness, gourmet, and specialty consumer products.
We also operate Canaflora, a cross-Canada flower delivery network with 15–20 localized websites and a national platform.
All brands run within a unified lifecycle email system. Email is one of our core revenue channels, and this role exists to grow it further.
Role Overview
The Email Marketing Manager is responsible for growing email-driven revenue across both ecosystems.
This is not just a campaign execution role — you will own results.
Performance is measured by revenue impact and automation growth.
The role is suitable for both strong mid-level specialists and experienced email marketers ready to take full ownership.
Key Responsibilities
• Grow total email revenue across Canaflora and OnlyBlooms brands
• Build and optimize lifecycle automations (Welcome, Abandoned Checkout, Post-Purchase, Win Back, etc.)
• Increase automation revenue share
• Plan and execute campaigns across brands
• Improve segmentation and monetization of subscriber lists
• Run structured weekly experiments (A/B tests, offer testing, timing tests)
• Track and report on revenue performance and KPIs

Requirements
• 1+ year of hands-on email marketing experience in e-commerce (B2C)
• Experience executing email campaigns and lifecycle flows
• Understanding of segmentation, campaign execution, and performance metrics
• Ability to work independently without micromanagement
• Strong written English
Nice to Have
• Experience with Shopify Email, Klaviyo, or other ESPs
• Experience managing multiple brands or stores
• Experience in seasonal or high-repeat purchase businesses
