About the Role
We’re hiring a senior, hands-on Influencer Marketing Lead to build and scale influencer marketing end-to-end.
This is a true 0→1 and 1→10 role:

Define and execute the influencer strategy from scratch

Build long-term creator relationships globally

Turn influencer marketing into a scalable, repeatable acquisition engine
While influencer marketing is the primary focus, you’ll collaborate closely with Growth and Product teams on:

Search (SEO, paid search)

Landing page optimization
-
AI-era discovery (AEO: visibility in tools like ChatGPT and other AI assistants)
This role is ideal for someone who has built and scaled influencer programs in the US, preferably at an early-stage SaaS company.
What You’ll Own
1️⃣ Influencer Marketing (Primary Focus)

Design and lead a global influencer strategy across:

Instagram

Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across tiers

Build long-term partnerships (not one-off posts)

Own outreach, negotiation, contracts, timelines, and delivery

Create high-quality influencer briefs that translate product value into native, high-performing content

Run aggressive experimentation (formats, narratives, creator types) and double down on what works

Must-Have Qualifications

2–4+ years of influencer marketing experience (SaaS/B2B/prosumer preferred)

Hands-on experience running campaigns in the US or Europe

Proven ability to take influencer marketing from idea → execution → scale

Strong intuition for internet culture and creator dynamics

Experience negotiating budgets and managing performance accountability

Clear, structured written and verbal communication
