About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with at least 7 years of Business Analysis experience and proven experience in life sciences, healthcare, or other regulated industries. You will drive requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder alignment for complex, regulated data systems, ensuring business needs are clearly documented and translated into actionable technical requirements.

This role requires strong analytical skills, regulatory knowledge, and exceptional communication to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

• Elicit, document, and validate business requirements for regulated systems (e.g., Veeva Vault, RIM, Clinical, QA).

• Analyze current business processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements.

• Define functional specifications, workflows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.

Data & Reporting Oversight

• Work closely with data engineering teams to ensure accurate extraction, transformation, and loading of critical business data.

• Maintain metadata and traceability for downstream analytics.

• Support creation of reports, dashboards, and KPIs to enable data-driven decisions.

Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration

• Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and compliance officers.

• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to align on project objectives, priorities, and timelines.

• Ensure changes are communicated clearly and meet regulatory and business standards.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure all business requirements adhere to regulatory standards.

• Assist in audit preparation and documentation, providing traceability between requirements, data, and systems.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with mandatory experience in life sciences, healthcare, or other regulated industries.

• Strong understanding of regulated document management systems, preferably Veeva Vault.

• Experience with data pipelines, metadata management, and analytics workflows is a plus.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills in English (C1-C2).

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

• Ability to work remotely with overlapping EST business hours.
