Customer Success Manager
Alcove's platform enables shared housing in any rental property. We provide renters with everything they need to find move-in ready homes and roommates, and we provide homeowners with a suite of tools to increase rental income and manage tenant logistics.
We are looking for High-slope, customer-facing hire with 2–4 years of experience (CS, ops, consulting, or finance). Must be excellent on the phone, able to simplify complex workflows, and comfortable owning high-stakes customer relationships. Bonus for high-growth marketplace or early-stage startup experience.
What you'll do:

Run onboarding calls with new landlords, walking them through Alcove’s model, expectations, and marketplace.

Take ownership of the homeowner experience for the first 30-60 days, serving as their primary point of contact to ensure successful lease-ups.

Work closely with vendors, tenants, and internal operations teams to launch homes and resolve any issues that arise.

Handle a high volume of customer communication across phone, Zoom, and email, managing escalations and solving real-time operational problems.

Drive improvements to our processes, product, and documentation by identifying breakdowns and collaborating with engineering on new features.

Manage and coordinate with Tier 1 off-shore support associates to ensure a seamless customer experience.
