# Growth Marketing Manager, Paid & Organic
We’re seeking an experienced and data-driven paid marketing manager to join our growing marketing organization. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll manage all social planning and develop the social content calendar. You’ll shape the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns as well as direct our organic social strategy. This position will require close collaboration with creative teams to craft compelling stories and bring the General Medicine brand to life across social media. Although the initial focus will be on paid social, this role will expand to support media activities in other channels.
What You’ll Do
- Strategically plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns (e.g., Meta, TikTok) to drive reach, engagement, and efficient growth
- Develop and manage the social content calendar across paid and organic channels
- Partner closely with creative to concept and produce compelling, on-brand assets and narratives
- Monitor performance and iterate based on CAC/ROAS and other efficiency metrics; provide regular reporting and recommendations
- Support expansion into additional media channels over time
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in paid ads (ideally with some organic experience) at a design-centric company
- Hands-on experience running paid social in industries such as B2C tech, digital health, fintech, e-commerce, marketplaces, or beauty
- Highly analytical, performance-marketing mindset with strong command of testing frameworks and CAC/ROAS metrics
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-marketers
- Experience with organic social (lower priority than paid) and breadth across other forms of marketing (e.g., broader media)
- Sharp eye for premium brands and strong design/creative storytelling sense
