About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in the Healthcare domain and proven expertise in mobile product development. The ideal candidate will work closely with product, engineering, QA, and growth teams to ensure smooth delivery of mobile features, reporting, integrations, and overall product performance.
This role requires a proactive self-starter who can operate independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive clarity in complex business and technical environments.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary BA for a mobile healthcare product used by a global user base.

Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.

Work closely with mobile engineering teams to support:

Push notifications

Reporting & code push monitoring

Deep linking flows
-

Support mobile app growth, optimization, and distribution, including:

App Store Optimization (ASO / SEO)

Mobile attribution & analytics (Appsflyer experience required)

Performance reporting & dashboards

UX improvement analysis for conversion & retention

Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation.

Conduct backlog refinement, feature scoping, and impact analysis.

Collaborate on release planning, risk identification, and mitigation strategies.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards where applicable.

Serve as a communication bridge between business, marketing, and technical teams.
Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (Senior level).

Healthcare domain experience is mandatory.

Strong understanding of mobile ecosystems (iOS/Android).

Experience with push notifications, deep links, and app distribution processes.

Hands-on experience with Appsflyer (attribution, analytics, cohorts, funnels).

Proven track record in ASO, mobile SEO, and growth analysis.

Excellent communication skills in English (C1).

Strong skills in requirement management, gap analysis, and process mapping.

Ability to work independently and deliver in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Nice to Have

Experience with telehealth or digital health apps.
