We are looking for a Founding Product Engineer with a strong background in full-stack development and a passion for building developer tools. This individual will be a key player in shaping the product from conception to delivery, driving innovation, and contributing to a high-ownership culture. We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced, chaotic startup environment and is eager to make a significant impact on the future of software development.
Location & Work Arrangement
- San Francisco, CA, United States
- On-site: Mon–Fri in office; remote on weekends ("9/9/6" in-person schedule)
Requirements
- Prior startup experience , especially early-stage.
- Computer Science / Engineering degree
- Proficiency in full-stack Typescript , Bun, and React.
- Willing to work 9/9/6 in-person; Mon-Fri in office in San Francisco + remote on weekends.
- 2+ years of experience in full-stack product engineering
- Experience at companies with top-tier engineering culture (e.g., Stripe, Meta, Databricks, Datadog, PostHog, Sentry).
- Owned and shipped projects end-to-end (0 to 1).
- High ownership and comfort with ambiguity.
