Role Overview
As a Solutions Architect at Assort Health, you will act as a trusted technical advisor and strategic partner for customers and prospects. You will lead technical demonstrations, map business needs to solutions, and collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Research teams to drive scalable AI-driven healthcare solutions.
Responsibilities

Serve as a technical advisor and strategic partner to customers and prospects.

Lead complex demonstrations of Assort Health’s AI offerings, showcasing real-world value and scalability.

Collaborate with Sales to qualify new prospects and support existing customers in building and scaling AI-driven healthcare solutions.

Provide actionable feedback to Product, Engineering, and Research teams to inform platform evolution and feature prioritization.

Create educational content and tools to empower both internal teams and external partners.
Qualifications
-
5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles.

2+ years in pre-sales or solutions engineering.

Proven ability to map business requirements to technical solutions.

Strong communication skills and experience acting as a strategic partner to customers.

Bonus: Experience with Voice AI, VAPI technologies, FHIR, HL7, hospital operations, or prior experience at high-growth AI or healthcare technology startups.
