About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Embedded Systems Test Engineer with strong expertise in safety-critical environments (DO178 / ISO26262). The ideal candidate will be responsible for system testing, requirement-based testing, and low-level/unit testing for embedded systems. You will work closely with development and validation teams to ensure compliance, quality, and reliability of embedded solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform system testing and requirement-based testing in compliance with DO178 or ISO26262 standards.

• Conduct data and control coupling, low-level testing, and unit testing on embedded systems.

• Manage and trace requirements using Polarian or DOORS.

• Work with ARINC429/826 or CAN protocols for integration and validation.

• Write, review, and execute test cases to ensure coverage and compliance.

• Collaborate with developers and project stakeholders to identify defects and ensure timely resolution.

Must-Have Skills

• Proven experience with DO178 or ISO26262 in embedded systems testing.

• Hands-on expertise in system testing, requirement-based testing, data/control coupling, low-level testing, and unit testing.

• Strong knowledge of requirement management tools (Polarian or DOORS).

• Proficiency in ARINC429/826 or CAN protocols.

• Solid programming experience with Embedded C.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Python for automation scripting and test case execution.

• Experience using debuggers for troubleshooting embedded systems.
