About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Growth to drive expansion and engagement of our user base. You will identify growth opportunities, develop strategies, and execute initiatives to accelerate user acquisition, activation, and retention. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, deep understanding of product-led growth, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
As a Senior Product Manager, Growth, you will lead initiatives in an early-stage growth space, ideal for freemium-to-paid conversion strategies and high-ROI experiments.
Responsibilities

Conduct user research through interviews, sales demos, and customer support to understand user needs and pain points.

Analyze the self-service funnel to identify opportunities for acquisition, activation, and retention improvements.

Define critical product moments for new users, validate hypotheses, and propose growth experiments.

Assess existing user-generated content (UGC) ecosystems and identify opportunities to expand growth loops.

Plan, launch, and manage experiments to optimize freemium conversion and adoption.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver growth projects and track measurable impact.

Own the growth roadmap and deliver first milestones within 90 days.
Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on growth/conversion in B2B SaaS (martech, design, science, analytics).

Proven track record of freemium-to-paid conversion success.

Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, experimentation, and growth metrics.

Web/desktop SaaS product experience (mobile-only experience is not sufficient).

Ability to deliver measurable impact on revenue, usage, or user acquisition.

Science or biotech experience is a plus but not required.

Reforge or other growth certifications are a plus.
