We're driven by experimentation, data, and performance. As we move into our next growth phase, we're looking for a CMO who will lead and scale our performance marketing efforts to the next level.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our growth and performance marketing strategy across multiple paid channels. This is a key leadership role for someone who is equally strong in strategic planning and tactical execution.
You’ll be responsible for building and scaling the user acquisition engine, managing large monthly budgets, optimizing full-funnel performance, and assembling a high-performing marketing team.
We are specifically looking for someone with a proven track record of scaling paid acquisition in subscription-based products, preferably across web2web or web2app funnels, with direct experience managing budgets of $500K/month or more in Tier 1 markets.
Key Responsibilities

● Own the complete paid acquisition strategy and performance across Meta, Google, and other channels.

● Lead the development and testing of new funnels and acquisition approaches (web2web / web2app).

● Build, manage, and scale a high-performing marketing team.

● Automate campaign setup and launch processes to improve speed and
reduce manual workload.

● Optimize marketing team workflows and operations to increase execution efficiency and creative output.

● Collaborate closely with product, analytics, and creative teams to align acquisition efforts with product goals.

● Continuously experiment with new platforms, audience segments, and creative concepts to fuel growth.

● Monitor performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, payback period) and optimize campaigns accordingly.

● Stay ahead of market trends and the competitive landscape to drive innovation.
Requirements

● 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth roles.

● 2+ years of experience in marketing roles, with leadership responsibility.

● Proven experience scaling paid acquisition for subscription-based digital products.

● Direct experience managing large performance budgets ($500K+/month) across Meta and Google Ads.

● Deep understanding of Tier 1 markets (US, UK, CA, AU, etc.) and their advertising dynamics.

● Strong knowledge of web2web or web2app funnels, including funnel design and optimization.

● Hands-on skills with analytics and attribution tools (e.g., GA4, Amplitude, AppsFlyer).

● Strong leadership skills — able to build and mentor a team, set vision, and drive execution.

● Highly analytical, data-obsessed, and results-oriented.

● English level: upper-intermediate or higher

● Experience with additional platforms (TikTok Ads, Applovin, etc.) will be a plus
