Head of Creative & Production Team

Key Strategic Goal:
Drive project growth by identifying new audience segments and building new acquisition funnels through a data-driven and innovative creative strategy.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute a creative strategy to acquire new audiences and open new marketing funnels across Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads, and other platforms.
- Actively participate in the hands-on production of creatives — writing scripts, creating storyboards, editing videos, and producing ad visuals.
- Lead and mentor a small creative team (marketing designers and creative producers), ensuring alignment on creative direction and delivery timelines.
- Run brainstorming sessions, turning raw ideas into fully developed creative concepts ready for testing.
- Analyze performance to identify opportunities for scaling and optimizing creatives.
- Research competitors and explore untapped audience segments to generate breakthrough ideas.
- Collaborate with UGC creators, influencers, and production studios to expand creative capabilities.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in creative roles within digital marketing or performance marketing (preferably in subscription-based products or mobile apps).
- Proven ability to deliver growth through creative-led audience expansion and new funnel development.
- Strong hands-on production skills (scriptwriting, editing, design) combined with strategic thinking.
- Experience managing a creative team.
- Solid understanding of UA metrics and experience working closely with performance marketing teams.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire and guide a creative team.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience working with UGC creators and managing influencer collaborations.
- Knowledge of process automation and various AI tools for efficient, high-quality creative production.
- Familiarity with Facebook and TikTok Ads Manager.
